That’s right. Jonathan was in a remote village in the middle of the Amazon jungle, when him and his friend first talked about going into the coffee business, and this was before he started drinking coffee.
Now, six years later, he has helped open three coffee shops. Jonathan emailed me about a week ago. Tuesdays on his blog, Double Rosetta, are “How to Tuesdays” where he features a quick video showing how to do free pours and etching.
